If you haven't updated to Windows 10 yet, don't worry -- there's a trick for that still works. That trick will be the same one you use if you want to manually upgrade an older machine to Windows 11, though Microsoft doesn't encourage doing this as it may not be eligible for the same updates.

How to download Windows 11
Users can download Windows 11 the same way you'd get any new version of Windows. Just go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and click Check for item367956073 Updates. You'll see Feature update to Windows 11. Click Download and install. 

You can also use the . You have to download the assistant and click Run to make sure your hardware is compatible. Then Accept and Install to agree to the licensing terms and begin the installation. When the program is finished installing, you'll be prompted to restart your computer. Your PC might restart several times during the process of finishing the installation, so don't be alarmed. Just keep your PC on until everything's done.

You have other options too, but be warned that these are more complicated. If you're certain you want to proceed, you can create Windows 11 installation media or an ISO file. Microsoft's page has those steps in greater detail.

What's in Windows 11
Windows 11 features a streamlined new design, with pastel colors, rounded corners, a new startup sound and overall a more Mac-like look. The has moved from the bottom left of the screen to the middle, with app icons arranged in the center next to it. The update marks the first major change to Microsoft's operating system since Windows 10 launched in 2015.  have been circulating for the past year.
